I'm just using /usr/ports/html2ps, not -letter or -a4.

I haven't. I'm running the ports package (and the rest of the system)
as installed off of the 3.2-RELEASE CDROMS. Having been told that I
can't expect to update just /usr/ports and have it work, I haven't
updated them from then.

It may be that my original mail went to the wrong list, but I'm not
sure where else it would have gone except as a PR, and I filed one for
the one thing I had a fix for.
