Using "PINE" for e-mail, I frequently get a message telling me that it was prepared usint the 'K018-R' characters, and that my display is set for 'US-ASCII' characters. What are 'K018-R' characters, and where can I find out more about them? Am I really missing something when I see messages prepared using them displyed in ASCII?
