i have an ed0 not de0 interface...could that be it? it is a realtek ne2000 clone. i do not have auto in the interace list. mebbe i need to replace the realtek...i've read other things bad about it as well. thanks. jeff -- | |\ +------------------------------+ Jeffrey J.
