I just upgraded from 2.1.7 to 2.2-STABLE and, having survived that, decided to push my luck and go to 2.2.2-RELEASE. I changed the tags in my CVSup files and ran CVsup without problem. Then I started 'make world' and got: [...] cd /usr/src/gnu/lib/libreadline && make beforeinstall install -C -o bin -g bin -m 444 /usr2/src/gnu/lib/libreadline/../../../ contrib/libreadline/readline.h /usr/include/readline install: /usr2/src/gnu/lib/libreadline/../../../contrib/libreadline/readline.h: No such file or directory ** Error code 71 (/usr2 is a symlink for /usr/src) Oddly, while I was watching CVsup run, I remember it *deleting* a lot of things in .../libreadline/... and now there is nothing in the path referred to in the /usr/src/gnu/lib/libreadline/Makefile. Did I miss something, or is there a tag other than RELENG_2_2_2_RELEASE I should get? -Dave
