Good point. Thanks to all who offered thoughts. I have access to two sets, one trackball-only and one mouse/keyboard, and have discovered that the pointing devices are, in fact, interoperable between the two transmitters. That's cause enough for concern about the keyboard. By the way, how often is this list's archive updated? I lost the 12 hours of mail following my original post, and when I tried to check the archives for the thread, found no mention of this topic. - -d - -- David Talkington Prairienet dtalk@prairienet.org 217-244-1962 PGP key: http://www.prairienet.org/~dtalk/dt000823.asc -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 6.5.8 Comment: Made with pgp4pine 1.75-6 iQEVAwUBOqltO71ZYOtSwT+tAQFiZQf/ZMqSJBFyH5Y62AU0iz0BfnGmsgR5d8T+ dLoUCQnxx2AWtWQCy1PJH14wrXhbOwxmwGnz7Zhasci9TLXzRzzAfNaRVkOAc4R6 nStvWRNlT9ZJ0OYxcrRmxN2vLxFvFC7zMx7Vbfi1cN/bLK1jiEbwXQi2olEFxbC2 tbS5dontKUiVFvVJbe99bjnLpH8UJtXd01QRgwxsN5D8yor1ODuP8+0WyKMqx9i9 hz4ALp9t0z03BSiwkU1cseJaRghtRKlAe1UiI7rPX+mfvO8o7RJYGVODAUHgjAhK 06p75op1fEmD67F5MwALSdW4AAqxWcsR9lxzGLP77bfCQ5jXW/oTzA== =XWGW -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-security" in the body of the message
