Hi, the company I work for is pretty much windows-only place, but now I was asked to do a research in Unix mail server and possibly write a proof of concept implementation for one of them. The extension should be able to work with extensions of mail traveling through the server (strip the attachment and subsitute it with another attachment). Of course they are talking Linux, but I'll try to push for FreeBSD if I can. The problem is that I've never dealt with any of the mail servers. So which server should I choose? it must be reasonably easy to extend the way I described. It must work equally well on Linux and FreeBSD. Thanks! P.S. sorry it's not directly FreeBSD-related, but it is a bit of freebsd-advocacy related :) To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
