I'm hoping someone can help... I'm trying to build libbonobo (actually, the goal is to eventually build gimp) on my -CURRENT system but I've run into a slight problem: ===> Configuring for libbonobo-2.6.0 checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c -o root -g wheel checking whether build environment is sane... yes checking for gawk... no checking for mawk... no checking for nawk... nawk checking whether gmake sets $(MAKE)... yes checking whether to enable maintainer-specific portions of Makefiles... no checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool ===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly. Please report the problem to gnome@FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the "/dbsd/usr/ports/devel/libbonobo/work/libbonobo-2.6.0/config.log" including the output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. an `ls /var/db/pkg`). perl -v reports "perl v5.8.2", and I seem to have both the perl-5.6.1_15 and the perl-5.8.2_5 port installed. I also have p5-XML-Parser-2.34_1 installed as well as intltool-0.30_1. Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix this? Adam
