All - I've been away from FreeBSD for some time and have been updating my installation, getting used to the ways of portupgrade, etc. Have noticed that Firefox keeps emitting what sound like console beeps - I haven't established much of a pattern for these though it always happens when I close the app. Is there a way to kill these? Apologies in advance if this is a dopey question. Obviously more an annoyance than anything.
