Hi folks,

I just totally reworked one of my FreeBSD boxes. Aside from
upgrading to 2.2.1, I replaced most if its ISA cards with PCI ones. I am
getting some troubling messages from the kernel about the lan card:

Mar 25 11:04:06 briton /kernel: lnc1 <PCNet/PCI Ethernet adapter> rev 2 int a irq 9 on pci0:14
Mar 25 11:04:06 briton /kernel: lnc1: PCnet-32 VL-Bus address 00:c0:6d:12:1b:cb
Mar 25 11:07:14 briton /kernel: lnc1: Memory error -- Resetting
Mar 25 11:18:46 briton /kernel: lnc1: Receive overflow error

These were extracted from the syslog. Is this likely to be a
hardware or a software/driver problem?

FYI, the card is a BocaLAN card. I am still running the GENERIC
kernel. It works just fine aside from the messages.

thanks,

	Adrian
