How about we remove the #if defined()s for: _POSIX_THREAD_PROCESS_SHARED _POSIX_THREAD_PRIO_PROTECT _POSIX_THREAD_PRIO_INHERIT _POSIX_THREAD_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING from our <pthread.h>?
