I tried to CVSUP to 4.0-STABLE and mistakenly chose 4.0-current in the pkg_setup... I wound up with a very nice 5.0-CURRENT machine... Chose 3.X and that is also what you get... You have to set /etc/cvsup manually to RELENG_4 at the moment.
