Eek.  Gosh those were bad.  One note is that I didn't make as many
changes in ia64 as I did on the alpha.  One thing actually is that ia64
needs to move the init of curproc, proc0.p_heldmtx, and
proc0.p_contested into initia64() and do a mtx_enter of Giant after
init'ing it.
