Well, it works on my SMP box, but it was a hack :)

The installer hung after doing everything, but the actual program seems to work fine.
Note that I only did a quick test.. Luoqi Chen has a set of patches for 3.0 and 4.0 to
enable the thread stuff under SMP (http://www.freebsd.org/~luoqi/) which may make things
work better.
