It is for a personal machine. >=20 I have used several ASUS P2B-DS motherboards.=20 1) No problem. Runs a VERY busy web server with 2 333MHZ CPU's 2) Server with 2 400 MHZ CPU's can't use Top effectively or systat -vmstat= as it complains of clock problems and won't report CPU usage. I have been told that this is perhaps a FreeBSD issue. As I need to upgrade the one above to= 2 450's, I will soon see. 3) A new one, with 2 333CPU's blew up after 2 days, somehow taking the hardrive content with it. It decided that it would only run with one CPU. After replacing the board I had to completely reinstall FreeBSD to get it = to boot. so far 2 days up running OK. Little scary though to loose my content = to a MB. Having the on-board SCSI shouldn't been an issue, should it? I will definatly be trying some of the other boards recommended.
