audio/esound 0.2.31 and now .32 appear to behave differently from
previous versions.

* When I start up "esd -tcp -public", it will terminate once the
first client disconnects. Basically, it always behaves as if
  "-terminate" had been specified.

* Older esound 0.2.28 clients on other machines seem unable to
connect over the net to the new server.

Has anybody else observed this?
