I have a simple question about IDE CD-ROM's. Are they supported? If
so, is the support truely in Alpha stage development as the handbook
says, or has the handbook just not been updated.

One other ambiguous questions. What are the benefits of FreeBSD over
Linux? I haven't seen any comparisons on the home page.

Thanks,

Dave Lee
