Hello,
        Currently the value is 4608.I tried it setting to 0x3fffffff
i.e KTR_ALL. But still did not work.
Other KTR related values are :

debug.ktr.cpumask: -1
debug.ktr.mask: 1073741823
debug.ktr.compile: 1
debug.ktr.entries: 8192
debug.ktr.version: 1
debug.ktr.verbose: 1
