Hi, I tried installing atlas-3.6.0_2,1 on my 6.1-RELEASE-p11 system, but towards the end, the installation stopped with the error pasted below. I'm guessing the problem is that gmake was used with the "-D" option (gmake doesn't have a -D option) when FreeBSD's make was intended. Joey ATLAS install complete. Examine ATLAS/bin/<arch>/INSTALL_LOG/SUMMARY.LOG for details. Making xsl3blastst gmake: invalid option -- D Usage: gmake [options] [target] ...
