No. You have the correct tag for the 2.2 tree.
However, it is likely that the current ipfilter stuff has not
been placed in that tree yet. There is quite a bit of discussion
of problems with it in "-current" and I suspect that they will,
properly, refrain from adding it to 2.2 until the implementation
settles down.
