However, I primarily had to work with the "press release" pictures, because the others in the image gallery were too low-res. Unfortunately, many of their best are available only in low-res. I've just gotten through pulling down 22 hi-res pictures (mostly 5-7MB, 3000x2500 JPEG, and one 13.8MB 4000x3000 JPEG) pictures of the SR-71 from the NASA Dryden Research Facility page at <http://www.dfrc.nasa.gov/gallery/photo/index.html>. I managed to get ten that I could turn into desktops, some of which are truly outstanding. I still have to go through the X-plane images they have, and all the other multitudes of pictures they have (including the XB-70, the Russian SST, etc...). Wow. Truly amazing. Probably one of the best archives I've found yet. And I pulled a few off the Boeing website, too.
