It's a OXCB950 based card:

none4@pci6:0:0: class=0x070006 card=0x00011415 chip=0x950b1415 rev=0x00 hdr=0x00
    vendor   = 'Oxford Semiconductor Ltd'
    device   = 'OXCB950 Integrated High Performance UART (Cardbus/PCI Interface)'
    class    = simple comms
    subclass = UART

As I can see, the card is not defined in pucdata.c.
