I checked out a (mostly) current system, I think.

Build world fails, because /usr/src/lib/termcap/termcap.h has a prototype
for __set_ospeed(), and tospeed.c in the same directory has a different
definition.

So, who do I report this to, so the fix can be applied? (the fix being
either move the def'n of speed_t from tospeed.c to termcap.h, or change
__set_ospeed() to accept an unsigned long).
