For the third and final stage (20,000 files and 100,000
operations), I get the following results:

		Transactions per second:	38
		KBytes Read per second: 102.84
		KBytes Written per second:	142.15

I'll be doing these same tests on other machines and other
configurations of similar machines, and will report the numbers as I
can.

If this sort of stuff should not be posted to the freebsd-current
mailing list, I would appreciate someone letting me know now before I
complete the process of making a complete and total fool of myself in
the process. ;-)

Unix is like a wigwam -- no Gates, no Windows, and an Apache inside.
Unix is very user-friendly. It's just picky who its friends are.
