I think some of those were below the belt. As for my own opinion, I've exchanged enough email with Sue to know that she is not a technophobe and most certainly neither stupid nor lazy. Just because her priorities are different from yours doesn't mean they're wrong. She focuses on getting the job done and getting it done well, rather than on having as much fun as possible on the way. You - and I - like to tinker and play and try to find the "Right Way" of doing things, even if we spend more time experimenting than we save by doing the job more quickly in the end. I won't venture an opinion on which approach, if any, is superior to the other.
