Hi This is not true. There are 2 Celeron Socket 370 CPU types. The PPGA and the FCPGA type. They have different pinouts. The FCPGA started at 533 and the PPGA ended at 53. You an get 533 in both types. They are not interchangeable. That is why you have 370 converters for older motherboards to take the newer FCPGA type CPUs. The Abit BP6 is oe example. It is for PPGA type CPUs and you cannot use FCPGA on them without a converter, and then reliably only 1 CPU instead of two.
