Not directly - there is some glue hardware between such as a driver and an relais. In general the design is very simple. a simple 74ls04 to protect the port and a transistor (BC639) with an resistent between. Finaly there is an diode to protect the transitor. Directly may work, but I already had the electronic because I'm switching some outdoor light with it. The lights are switched using a mobile house telephone and an i4b solution. I call my computer and can control it via dial tones. -- B.Walter COSMO-Project http://www.cosmo-project.de ticso@cicely.de Usergroup info@cosmo-project.de To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-alpha" in the body of the message
