I've not seen any of those problems so far. One thing has happened though, the HSG60 I have consists of two controllers (for fault tolerance). One of the controllers broke, and the FreeBSD machine has two virtual disks, one from each controller. The good controller took over from the failed controller. Then the virtual disks swaped order when booting it couldn't boot. I had to boot in single user mode and swap the device names in /etc/fstab, and change it back when the controller was fixed. Other than that, working like a charm.
