I can't tell if you want the application packages or the OS distribution. If you want application packages, they are in ports/<ARCH>/packages-<version>/, where <ARCH> is either i386 or alpha, and <version> is 3.5-stable, 4-stable, 5-current, etc. If you want the OS, ISO images of the release distributions can be found on the FTP mirrors in ../releases/<ARCH>/ISO-IMAGES.
