Sorry. I thought we had reached a (sort-of) conclusion. I get TONS of
email, mostly work related, and I hate for threads to drag on.

Of course. I had forgotten about the W32 aspect. It was someone else who
had a similar problem to yours, and who had (also?) not used the Alt-F(n+1)
approach. With _him_, it came right. I must have confused the issues along
the way.

This has been a bad month...
