	see /etc/mail/{README,sendmail.cf.additions,Makefile}.
	(both 2.2.5-RELEASE and -current)

	i will commit RBL support in the near future.
	we are using it on hub.freebsd.org, in addition to the 
	check performed by /etc/mail/sendmail.cf.additions.

	RBL has yet to block any spam, the other checks seem to 
	get all first.
