Hi, You probably already know it, but there's an error in the Makefile of bzip2 In the line 'MAN1=...' the page bunzip2.1 should be left out when compressing pages. Otherwise bzip2.1 gets compressed and the link bunzip2.1 becomes a dangling link on which gzip stops.
