Sorry, I should have made this clearer; doc/en/handbook is still a no-go area for commits at the moment, I'm in the process of orchestrating some merges from doc/handbook, and these get in the way. Rest assured that I won't suggest we switch from doc/handbook to doc/en/handbook until the toolchain is in place and it's all appropriately documented. On that note, if anyone wants to comment on <URL:http://www.freebsd.org/~nik/primer/index.html> please feel free. In the meantime, I'm going to leave this commit in (since it'll create more CVS noise to reverse it then reapply it at some later date).
