Could you email us the disklabels for all your partitions? In particular, check the disklabel for sd1s2. The 'disk:' field (third line in the disklabel) should say 'sd1s2'. If it doesn't... if it says something like 'wd0', that is where the system might be getting confused. To obtain the disklabel for a disk, you need a root shell prompt.
