 *   Remove japanese/pkfonts* and dependent ports.  They are superseded by
 *   vf* (Vector Font library) ports.

I forgot to mention that Japanese bitmap fonts also take an inordinate
amount of space.  They occupied about 60MB under both distfiles and
packages/All.  (Not to mention the dozens of dependent ports that only 
differ in RESOLUTION value hardcoded somewhere inside.)

The print/pkfonts* ports are left there for now.  They aren't that big 
and also VFlib don't take care of those.
