* Removed unneeded lines from patches

Note:
As I noted before, current patches/patch-ac contains modifications 
made by "patch-libtool" target, which is called implicitly if 
USE_LIBTOOL line is in Makefile. 

That is, current patch avoids "patch-libtool" to work properly.
