 Replacement as far as I can see.  The difference between sgmltools and
 sgmltools-lite is that before sgmltools included jade and a bunch of other
 stuff.  In the original port, I was pulling down sgmltools.base which is
 pretty much what sgmltools-lite is now.

 Check Makefile.in =)
 Actually, I might have made that irrelevant with one of the patches.
 Basically, the Makefile was being generated using INSTALL_PROGRAM to
 install the sgmltools executable, which is a python script.
 The -s flag that's in INSTALL_PROGRAM made life a bit difficult.
 I think I ended up fixing it with a patch to the Makefile though, which
 would make that line irrelevant.
