That's not my understanding of style(9) or existing practice in
conformant modules.  Of course, I see a lot of different continuation
styles in stdio.h:

static char     *function(int _arg, const char *_arg2, struct foo *_arg3,
                 struct bar *_arg4);
static char     *function(int _arg, const char *_arg2, struct foo *_arg3,
                   struct bar *_arg4);

but I am pretty sure that the ( alignment is wrong or accidental.
