It seems it was. If anyone is interested, I have put a patchset
for being able to set the ioranges seperatly at
http://www.mayn.franken.de/~tanis/pccarddouble-patch.tar.gz
(note that this would not really be necessary, if rc.pccard would
not blindly overwrite the value that can be set in the kernel
configuration file)
