Hi, I have/had a similiar problem with a 4.4-20010808-STABLE box. I had to put a non-Linux NIS server to point my freebsd machine at. Turns out that IRIX did the trick, but I was never able to point a freebsd client at a linux server. Cheers, Ryan > Hi there > > I got two machines.
