I think the existing port of pbs should be moved into sysutils, though.

And the license now on openpbs is pretty compatible (it's basically the 
FBSD license with a requirement to tell you how to get the source - how
else are you gonna build it? - and it has the dreaded advertising
clause.

I have the port 99% done. I want to some feedback on the license,
thought.
