It seems to be a good time right now because the list is quiet.  My advice is 
to cvsup whenever you want (today is good), and when wait at least a day and 
preferably two and monitor the list.  If you haven't heard of any new 
problems here, *then* build and install the system.

You're pretty safe that way.

Also, check out UPDATING and list archives are never a bad thing to consult.
