It was intentional. re@ asked for 4.6.1 package builds, based on the RELEASE_4_6_1 tag, which is basically RELEASE_4_6_0 plus the major security fixes. They also asked for 4.6.2 package builds as well, which have not commenced yet but will soon. Builds on bento etc. should return to normal in about 3-5 days.
