I recently installed apsfilter from the FreeBSD ports sytem, and seem to have successfully configured a local printer, and a remote samba printer using the apsfilter setup script. I have managed to get a few applications to print just fine, but when I attempt to print from a web browser (Mozilla, Opera), it starts to print from the middle of the page. The print seems fine other than it starting in the middle instead of at the top.
