 On the original host, but with SCHED_BSD scheduler, problem doesn't 
 occur, or at least is considerably less prominent. With idle CPU state at 
 99.8% idle, the idle thread shows 99.03% CPU usage.
 
 Also noted that the load seems to show up at percentage steps of 100/128 
 (0.78125%) on SCHED_ULE, but much finer resolution on SCHED_BSD. I don't 
 know if that's a bug or a feature.
