Freshclam dumps core when using libpthread.so.2, but works with libc_r.so.6 on two of my machines. It works fine if I run freshclam using gdb.

I get the following:

freshclam in free(): error: modified (chunk-) pointer
Abort (core dumped)

Install clamav 0.88.2_1 and try to run freshclam.
