>Description:
Hi,
I was reading in: FreeBSD 6 Unleashed by Michael Urban and Brian Tienmann (SAMS)

page 93: "BSD VS SYS V RUN CONTROL", I quote

"There is no multiuser mode WITHOUT network support as there is in Sys V run levels"

As I understand this, I can not use FreeBSD in a small office if I don't have a network suppor. Is this true??

Is there any version of BSD that I can install in a small 10 user office without network support?

We are currently using SCO unix without any networks, just dumm terminals connected to a server (intel) in the back. Can I do the same with any BSD?

Thank you.
