Synopsis: Partitioning resize - only commercial product available for NTFS

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: trhodes
State-Changed-When: Mon Nov 6 15:11:15 UTC 2006
State-Changed-Why:
I know that more tools exist to do the re-size; however,
listing every one is too much of a task. I have made a
change so that one free and one commercial solution is listed,
no more than these two should be added. Thanks!
