The following reply was made to PR kern/36517; it has been noted by GNATS. From: "Kamal R. Prasad" <kamalpr@yahoo.com> To: Volker <volker@vwsoft.com>, bug-followup@FreeBSD.org Cc: Subject: Re: kern/36517: [sis] sis driver can't map ports/memory for NetGear FA312 Date: Tue, 12 Feb 2008 19:29:27 -0800 (PST) Hi! I don't have access to the card, nor am doing anything with freebsd. So, I cannot confirm/deny whether it works now -but the incident that I filed was genuine. If I remember it right, the variant of netgear card which I used could not be auto-configured as sis driver type. thanks -kamal --- Volker <volker@vwsoft.com> wrote: > Kamal, > > according to the man page of sis(4), the NetGear > FA312 NIC is > supported.
