That's just what I said that's no need to use.

RUN_DEPENDS+=	${LOCALBASE}/bin/clamscan:${PORTSDIR}/security/clamav
and/or
BUILD_DEPENDS+=	${LOCALBASE}/bin/clamscan:${PORTSDIR}/security/clamav
-or-
LIB_DEPENDS+=	clamav:${PORTSDIR}/security/clamav

is what you probably need.
