I used to use 

   MASTER_SORT_REGEX = ^http

for this when a former ISP traffic shaped ftp

If you set "MASTER_SORT = http", then you get
://[^/]*http/ in MASTER_SORT_REGEX, so it looks like MASTER_SORT is
intended just to match hostnames/domains.
